God made me!
People of the Old Testament - Adam & Eve
God lovingly created the world and made Adam and Eve, the first people, in His image. When they disobeyed God, sin entered the world, but God already had a plan to make things right through Jesus. Share with your children that just like Adam and Eve, they were made on purpose, wonderfully and with great love, to be God’s special friends forever

God celebrates you everyday!
DK Birthday Party
God has made your child wonderfully unique and loves them deeply! (Even more than we do - crazy I know!) Just like we put important things on our fridge at home, like photos and artwork, God would have their picture on His fridge if He had one! He knows everything about us, from our noses to our fingers, and even the number of hairs on our heads. Jesus welcomed little children and showed us how important they are to Him. At a Birthday Party we take a moment to celebrate our kids and this week we recreate that celebration moment in our Sunday spaces.

God gave us an AMAZING gift!
God is Generous!
John 3:16 shares about God's incredible love for us and the best gift He could have ever sent us - Jesus! 1 John 3:1 talks about how this love is so much He lavishes it on us, that we might be called His children. Think about how much you love your child. Does it burst out of you? Do you want to pour it out and lavish it on them? How much more does our God who IS love, love us and give us good gifts!

God loves everyone + wants to be their friend!
Peter + Cornelius
Whilst the concept of Jewish law might be difficult for our pre-schoolers to understand, we focus on the main theme that God is communicating that He wanted the Gentiles to know Him too, because He loves them. We focus on “God loves everyone” as a way of summarising that God spoke to Peter in a weird & wonderful vision to tell Him something very important; that God loved Cornelius too and wanted to be his friend! The visions that occurred were linked by God so that His message could make sense to both Peter & Cornelius and the Gospel (Good News of Jesus) could be shared with the Gentiles/all people!
DRIVE Time
ASK: What did Peter have a dream about? What was God telling Peter? Who did Peter tell the Good News about Jesus to?
SING: Super Wonderful - Yancy
DINNER Time
READ: Acts 10:1-48 from Children's Bible
BED Time
PRAY: That God would show us people to tell about His love to. List people together to pray for.
